Misunderstanding Eh?

Emailed (is that a verb? oh well) the company to complain. Their response apologised for the "misunderstanding". No misunderstanding from my side. Unless "Tuesday" has changed in meaning since last week.

They offer to deliver on a day when nobody will be here (as if they knew). So we settle for Friday. Which means more negotiations with number one son.

They are as useful as that small pocket that you have in your jeans on the right hand side. You know, the one inside the big pocket that you don't have a use for. I wonder if I dare give them bad feedback on ebay. As Spiderman says, "With great power comes great responsibility." And they'd probably bad mouth me as well as not knowing what "Tuesday" really means.
